Teal Anderson

Program Manager

My name is Teal Anderson and I am a Hastings native. I graduated from Adams Central and attended college at Central Community College where I received my Associate’s degree. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Human Service Counseling from Wayne State College in 2016 and am currently working on my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling. After graduating from WSC I moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan where I worked as a Foster Care Case Manager. After surviving the Michigan winter, I moved back to Nebraska where I started working for Big Brothers Big Sisters/MentoringWorks!

I enjoy doing yoga, taking walks, spending time with friends and family, and watching The Office. On a normal day in our office, you can find me wrapped in a blanket listening to NPR while brainstorming ways to best impact our participants and community.
