MentoringWorks is a non-profit mentoring agency based in Hastings, Nebraska, formerly known as Big Brothers Big Sisters. We are passionate about mentoring and providing opportunities for volunteers and young people to connect and build relationships that are mutually rewarding.

Our History

2018 - Rebrand

At this time, we rebranded to MentoringWorks, Inc. to better serve the unique needs of the surrounding communities, while keeping funding local.

1978 - Partnership

Joined Big Brothers Big Sisters.

1960 — Affiliation

Became an affiliate of a national Big Brothers association.

1957 — Founded

Formed as Big Brothers.
