About Us
MentoringWorks is a non-profit mentoring agency serving the Hastings, Nebraska area. We are passionate about mentoring and providing opportunities for volunteers and young people to connect and build relationships that are mutually rewarding.

SchoolConnect
SchoolConnect matches elementary school students with a mentor from area high schools and colleges. Mentees and Mentors meet once a week for 30-45 minutes during the school year. Matches are encouraged to be creative together and do activities that they both enjoy. MentoringWorks provides board games and craft supplies for matches at each elementary school.
CareerConnect
CareerConnect has been in existence since 2016. Initially focused on building an employment pipeline and developing career interest for manufacturing, the program now serves 57 students and 12 partner companies in the Adams County area.
