What Does it Take?

The Board of Directors is a vital Leadership Team for the organization and provides essential guidance, support and hands on work to best serve our mission! The success of MentoringWorks is directly related to the effectiveness of the board, so your role cannot be understated!

Together with other members of the Board, each member is legally and morally responsible for all activities of MentoringWorks. The Board is solely responsible for determining the goals of the organization. Board members also promote the mission of MentoringWorks to the community and ensure the financial stability of the organization by actively participating in all organization fundraisers and media events.
